Accepted Payments For UK Customers (Scroll down for International)

We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, UNCROSSED Postal Orders, Cheques & Paypal E-Cheques, or Cash on collection.  Collection is by private appointment only so please contact us here to book.

Credit Card payments - If your Credit Card payment is received on a weekday then your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.  If it is received over the weekend or on a bank holiday then your order will be dispatched on the next working day.  Credit card payments will show up as The Old Jewellery Box Shop on your statement.

Paypal payments (Excluding E-Cheques) - If your Paypal payment is received on a weekday then your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.  If it is received over the weekend or on a bank holiday then your order will be dispatched on the next working day.  Please see below for E-Cheque information.

Cheques & Paypal E-Cheques will need to clear before your order is dispatched.  Once clear your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.  If it clears just before a bank holiday then your order will be dispatched on the next working day.

Postal Orders must be UNCROSSED.  Once your postal Order is received, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.  If the Postal Order is received over the weekend or on a bank holiday then your order will be dispatched on the next working day.  We strongly reccommend that postal orders are sent to us by Recorded DeliveryWe cannot be held responsible for postal orders that are lost in the post.

Returns Policy For UK Customers (Scroll down for International)

If for any reason you are not happy with your order you may return it within 14 days.  Returned orders must be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery or another registered postal service to ensure that they arrive back to us safely.  Once your returned order is received we will refund you the full cost of your purchase/s within 14 days.  We do not refund return postage costs.

We will deal with your complaint professionally and courteously and are confident you'll be happy with the resolution.  If however you are unhappy with the resolution, you may contact the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, via the following link:  https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.  The ODR platform is a web-based platform developed by the European Commission.  Its objective is to help consumers and traders resolve their contractual disputes about online purchases of goods and services, out of court, at a low cost and in a simple and fast way.
